Chad grew up in Texas, and whitetail deer is the predominant species to hunt for big games. I started going hunting with my dad at the age of four. I was immersed in everything about whitetail hunting at such a young age, so it's all I've ever known. I developed an extreme passion for every aspect revolving around the hunt, from scouting, preparing stand locations, camping, and identifying wildlife. I was like a sponge and just tried to learn the skills and tactics to become a successful hunter. So now, 37 years after my first hunting experience, my passion is getting new hunters involved. My goal is to help them become ethical and successful hunters to keep the hunting community growing with the new generations.

On Hunting: Hunting is an addiction to me! I love every aspect of hunting and the experiences that come with it. I started hunting at a very young age, and I am very fortunate that my daughters share that same passion and understand what it means to be a provider. It's in our BLOOD! My most memorable hunt was harvesting my very first buck on public land in East Texas! That was until my daughter shot her very first buck at the age of 10. The experience that we both had that day was absolutely amazing, and I remember seeing the confidence and passion growing in her eyes! I don't know that I have ever had a more proud moment.
