RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY

There is a 30-day from day of product receipt Return/Exchange period. If 31 or more days have passed since your purchase, we will not offer refunds or exchanges. Your item(s) must be returned unused, in new, re-sellable condition. Pnuma dry bag(s) your item(s) were packaged in must also be returned. Your card will not be credited for missing dry bags at full ecommerce prices identified here: https://www.pnumaoutdoors.com/shop-now/hunting-accessories/pnuma-dry-bag-large ($14, $16, or $20)

Items purchased as Gifts are subject to the Policy noted above.

 

REFUNDS

Like returns/exchanges, refunds must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order. If 31 or more days have passed since your purchase, we will not offer refunds. There are no exceptions. Your item(s) must be returned unused, in new, re-sellable condition.  Pnuma dry bag(s) your item(s) were packaged in must also be returned. Your card will not be credited for missing dry bags at full ecommerce prices identified here: https://www.pnumaoutdoors.com/shop-now/hunting-accessories/pnuma-dry-bag-large ($14, $16, or $20). Once approved, a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. It can take up to10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.

Late or missing refunds

  • Please check your junk or spam email for your refund notification.
  • Contact your bank card or credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. (Up to 10 business days.)
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact cservice@pnumaoutdoors.com
  • Include your full name, address, phone number and order number in your email.

TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM(S): 

DO NOT RETURN ANY ITEMS WITHOUT FIRST COMPLETING THE FORM BELOW. Filling out the form completely (all fields are required) will help us process your return or exchange as quickly as possible. There is no need to contact Customer Service prior to returning or exchanging your purchase. 

ONCE YOU SUBMIT THE FORM YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL CONFIRMING CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS RECEIVED YOUR REQUEST. Please check your spam or junk mail folder if your email is not received within a few minutes of submission. If you do not receive confirmation do not submit the form again. Please notify Customer Service at cservice@pnumaoutdoors.com.

PRINT A COPY OF YOUR CONFIRMATION EMAIL AND INCLUDE IT INSIDE YOUR PACKAGE. Do not attach the form alone or in an envelope to the outside of the box. 

WRITE THE RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER YOU CREATED ON THE FORM ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE PACKAGE TO BE RETURNED. 

UPON RECEIPT OF CONFIRMATION, USE THE PRE-PAID SHIPPING LABEL TO RETURN YOUR PURCHASE. 

IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THE PRE-PAID SHIPPING LABEL INCLUDED IN YOUR ORIGINAL PACKAGE payment for shipping, tracking, and proof of delivery is your responsibility. Our mailing address:

WHEN SHIPPING, OBTAIN TRACKABLE SHIPPING SERVICE AND PURCHASE SHIPPING INSURANCE. We do not guarantee we will receive your returned item and will not be responsible for missing/undelivered packages. Tracking information provides proof of delivery. It is your responsibility to monitor the shipping progress of your package from point of origin through final delivery with your shipping service. The decision to purchase insurance, while highly recommended, is at your discretion.
